BotBuilders does not guarantee income, results, or business success in any form. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials presented by BotBuilders are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar outcomes. Your results are dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, your work ethic, skills, ability to apply knowledge, prior experience, business model, and market conditions.
BotBuilders products and services incorporate AI (artificial intelligence) and automation technologies, which are constantly evolving and subject to limitations. While we strive for accuracy, efficiency, and quality, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated outputs, chatbot systems, or automation tools will be error-free, appropriate for all scenarios, or legally compliant. You understand and accept that the use of AI-based services may involve inaccuracies or limitations beyond our control.
Our software and services may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Facebook (Meta), Instagram, GoHighLevel, and other external providers. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for changes, disruptions, outages, restrictions, or API modifications that may affect the performance of your chatbot systems, automations, or digital assets built with BotBuilders' tools.
You are solely responsible for the collection, storage, management, security, and lawful use of any data obtained through BotBuilders' systems, chatbots, or services. BotBuilders disclaims all liability for any data breaches, privacy violations, compliance failures (including but not limited to HIPAA, GDPR, or CCPA compliance), or misuse of customer information resulting from your use of our products.
BotBuilders does NOT offer business opportunities as defined under the Federal Trade Commission’s Business Opportunity Rule § 437.1c. Our materials, programs, and services are educational in nature only. Additionally, BotBuilders is not a multi-level marketing (MLM) company and does not participate in MLM structures.
BotBuilders is not a franchise and does not offer franchising opportunities. Any licensing, affiliate promotions, or partnerships are conducted without the level of control or operational support that would constitute a franchise relationship under Beale’s Franchise Rule Test or other regulatory definitions.
